  • Unite and coalesce on the core mission of supporting and electing our Republican nominees.

Fund the Fight, Secure the Win

  • Fundraising is the DAY 1 PRIORITY. Mike will leverage his network of donors from his VA10 Congressional race as well as engage national Political Action Committees and outside donors to provide the critical financial resources needed to fund CD10's operations and mission to elect our nominees.

Outstanding Candidate Recruitment

  • Recruit quality candidates with deep community roots & proven leadership skills.

  • Proactively engage and support potential candidates.

  • Provide sustained training and mentorship to candidates up and down the ballot.

Expand & Enhance Social Media Across All Platforms

  • Expand and modernize our digital presence by moving beyond X and Facebook to Instagram, TikTok, and short-form video and reels designed to reach, engage, and grow new audiences.

  • Use technology to grow our base by delivering clear, compelling, and fast-cut content that captures attention in seconds and outperforms our opponents.

  • Informed by data analytics, engage with voters on the platforms they use most and on the topics/issues they care about.

Aggressive, Targeted Messaging

  • Bold, aggressive messaging to promote our principles and to combat the Democrats relentless fake news propaganda.

  • Targeted messaging based on the issues that resonate with voters.

  • Identify win themes, and then aggressively re-enforce them.

Leverage Data & Emerging/Innovative Technology

  • Enhance voter database with detailed demographic data and improved contact data.

  • Leverage data and analytics, including Google Analytics, to understand who we are reaching, identify geographic and demographic gaps, and guide smarter, targeted outreach and messaging decisions.

  • Expand accessibility through language translation and modern digital tools to strengthen coalition building and connect with more communities across the Tenth District.

Target Low Propensity Voters/Absentee Ballots/Early Voting

  • Drive a consistent messaging campaign to energize our low propensity voters and focus on growing our Republican permanent absentee list with an aggressive permanent absentee ballot program.

Community Engagement to Grow the Republican Vote

  • Focused year-round grassroots engagement across every corner of the Tenth District is essential to winning elections and building a stronger party.

  • We must grow the party up and out by energizing our conservative base while expanding outreach to minority communities, and independent and younger voters.
