About Mike
Mike is the son of an Air Force Sergeant and school teacher. His parents instilled in him the values of family, faith, hard work, patriotism, and self-determination, and those principles have guided him his whole life.
Mike received his B.A. in Government with High Honors from the University of Notre Dame, Master's Degree in healthcare policy and medical ethics from the University of Pennsylvania Medical School, and J.D. with Honors from The George Washington University Law School; and he has completed Harvard Executive Education programs in Cybersecurity Policy and Artificial Intelligence.
Mike began his legal career as an attorney with the Navy's Office of General Counsel. Today, he is a senior business executive and lawyer for a global information technology company and had the privilege of serving on Governor Glenn Youngkin's technology and cybersecurity transition team.
Mike is a noted commentator on political, legal, and constitutional law issues and member of the Federalist Society. He frequently appears as a legal analyst on political news programs and his articles regularly appear in The Daily Caller, NEWSMAX, Fox, The Federalist, and the Washington Examiner.
In 2024, Mike had the honor of serving as the Republican Nominee for Virginia's 10th Congressional District and ran an amazing "Restore America" campaign. With strong, energized grassroots support and impressive endorsements from all over Virginia's 10th District, Mike won 48% of the vote. This was the highest percentage won by any Republican Congressional election candidate in over six years and closed the Democrat advantage by 9 percentage points. Mike won more votes in Loudoun County than any other Republican in history. All this was achieved while being outspent by the Democrats 3 to 1.
